PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cover device for preventing the contamination of the operation part of an endoscope, capable of covering the whole of the operation part of the endoscope along with a curving operation member to certainly prevent the contamination of the operation part and capable of obtaining good curving operability at the time of use of the endoscope. SOLUTION: A cover 1 formed from a flexible material so as to cover the whole of the operation part 10 and an elastic annular band 20 squeezing the cover 1 in the axial direction of the back side of the curving operation member 13b from the outside are provided and the curving operation member 13b is subjected to rotary operation from the outside of the cover 1 across the cover 1.
