PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure suitable for, specially, a portable telephone type input device which is operated while pressed against the ear to hear a voice as to improvement of an input device which can send an indication to office equipment such as an image forming apparatus by radio. SOLUTION: The portable terminal type input device with voice guide which has a radio function of communicating with the office equipment and inputs an indication to the office machine according to the voice guide is constituted as an input device with voice guide characterized in that the sound volume of the voice guide is limited and input buttons which can be operated with the thumb and index finger or middle finger of an operator are provided on the left and right side faces of the input device.
