PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of making spacer film of condenser microphone are provided to prevent a breakdown owing to scraps by performing a drawn operation and a spacer assembly operation at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The first die-end stripper insert block(26) and a lower plate(42) are connected by plural guide post pins(10). A plurality of holes are formed at the first die-end stripper insert block, and the lower plate is coupled with a die-end plate(20) where the second die-end stripper insert block(28) is settled and fixed. A cylinder(38) is installed at an upper part of a hole(46) that is formed at the center of the upper plate(40), and a load(44) coupled at the center of the cylinder(38) is coupled with the guide post pins via the hole(46). A plurality of air input holes(14) are formed at front and rear surfaces of a holder(12), and hoses(50) coupled with a vacuum ejector(52) are connected to the holes(14). The holes(14) are connected to a punch back plate(16) and a punch fixing plate(18).
