PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable temporary brush holding with a simple structure without increasing man-hours. SOLUTION: A notched groove 32a having the same width of the diameter of a pigtail 40 is formed at a corner of the brush case 32, and the pigtail 40 is softly press-inserted to the notched groove 32a, thus enabling the temporary holding.
