<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet call processing apparatus and method in a mobile communications system which can handle packet call processing by allowing a mobile station to receive a packet call even when a packet call collision occurs. SOLUTION: This packet call processing method in the mobile communication system comprising an exchange network and at least one mobile station, is configured to sequentially perform a process for detecting a packet call collision between a first packet call request and a second packet call request, a process for determining whether to allocate a first identifier to process the first packet call request or to allocate a second identifier to process the second packet call request in accordance with the detection process, and a process for processing the first and second packet call requests in accordance with the determination process.</p> |
