PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for removing odor generated from feed processing plant using biofilter by passing the odorous gas through a separated concrete structure filled with filter layers and containing microorganism therein. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a plastic bed(11) on a soil bed(12) for preventing gas or liquid leakage to the soil bed(12), a coarse gravel bed(10) on the plastic bed(11), a fine gravel bed(9) on the coarse gravel bed(10), a first filter bed(8) formed of a rough bark on the fine gravel bed(9), an odor inlet pipe(7) buried in the beds(8,9,10) and having a plurality of holes covered by plastic mesh along a side surface thereof, a plastic lattice structure(5) placed on the first filter bed(8) and the odor inlet pipe(7), a cover bed(6) formed of bark or root and filled in the lattice structure(5), a plurality of oxygen pipes(13) installed in the lattice structure(5) and extending along the longitudinal direction and having holes with plastic mesh, a second filter bed(4) formed of rough bark on the plastic lattice structure(5), a plurality of sprinklers buried in the second filter bed(4) at regular intervals, a heater(2) installed on both sides of the plastic lattice(5) and the second filter bed(4) for making microorganism activated, coarse gravel bed(10) surrounding both sides of all the biofilter beds(10,9,8,6,5,4), thermal insulators(14) provided to the outer side surface of the coarse gravel bed(1), concrete walls on the outer surfaces of the thermal insulators(14).
