PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable charging of a mobile phone battery using ordinary dry batteries, automobile batteries or commercial AC power sources or the like as a charging source, when the cellular phone battery runs out. SOLUTION: In the AC/DC charger for mobile phone, a charging circuit is accommodated in a case 1, a supporting arm 2 is provided at the front side of the case 1, an output connector plug 4 which is suited to the connector of a mobile phone and charges a battery pack built-in the mobile phone is provided at the upper end of the supporting arm, snap type (+) (-) electrodes which are fitted in and integrated with an uneven snap type (+) (-) electrodes of the ordinary dry batteries and feed current to the charging circuit from the ordinary dry batteries are provided at the lower surface side of the case 1, and a two pole turning plug which feeds commercial AC power source to the charging circuit is constituted in such a manner as to be accommodated freely turnably in the case 1 and protruded.
