PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which is inexpensive and highly reliable, can reduce the number of parts, can be miniaturized and can be precisely assembled even if it is not adjusted. SOLUTION: An optical member 1 provided with a lens 1a for forming an image of an imaging subject and a leg 1c for supporting the lens 1a is supported by a mirror frame 3 fixed on a substrate PC. Further, the member 1 is biased toward an image pickup element 2 provided on the substrate PC by a cover member, an elastic means 7 and an intermediate member 8. With this constitution, the member 1 is pressed on the element 2 by an appropriate abutting force by a stable elasticity of the means 7, and is energized without applying excessive stress to the element 2.
