PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin structure that restrains a lowering of toughness, which is essential characteristics of a polyolefin resin, and has characteristics enhancing anti-permeability of chemical liquid and gas uniquely. SOLUTION: This resin structure is characterized in that it is composed of 100 wt.% of a resin composition containing (a) 20-80 wt.% of a polyolefin resin and (b) 80-20 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin except the polyolefin resin, and (c) a compatibility improver of 0.1-60 wt.% based on the above resin composition of 100 wt.%, and thickness of an interfacial phase of a molding product made of the resin composition between (a) the polyolefin resin phase and (b) the thermoplastic resin phase except the polyolefin resin, which is observed with an electron microscope, is 20-100 nm.
