PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transfer of defects on an outer peripheral lip by preventing defects on a metal mold when molding, and to prevent rubber spread around the periphery of an insert metal from flowing out to the outside as foreign matters. SOLUTION: This oil seal is constituted of the disc type insert metal, an inner peripheral lip formed by an upper side dust lip and a lower side dust lip fixed on the inner peripheral side of the insert metal and the outer peripheral lip fixed on the lower surface of the outer peripheral side of the insert metal. A seal part 12 integrally formed with the outer peripheral lip 10 is provided with leaving a space 11 above the outer peripheral surface of the insert metal 6. |
