PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe attelo collagen derivative from fish skin excellent in solubility and miscibility and producible in a high yield, the manufacturing method, and a fine cosmetic compounded with the compound, which can be used as a fine cosmetic such as a skin care preparation, a hair lotion, or a bath agent in a cosmetic field, and in a medicament and quasidrug fields or the like. SOLUTION: The collagen derivative obtained by acylating the attelo collagen from fish skin, the manufacturing method and the fine cosmetic compounded with the compound, are provided.
