PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing barrier ribs is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of the manufacturing device, while achieving improved yield rate. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of producing a slurry for formation of a thick film by mixing the glass and ceramic mixture powder, organic binder and a dispersing agent with a solvent; the second step of forming a thick film on the glass substrate printed with an electrode by using the slurry, and forming a dry film by pre-firing the resultant structure under a predetermined temperature profile; the third step of printing, into a barrier rib pattern, the paste on the dry film through a screen printing method, and drying the resultant structure; the fourth step of forming a barrier rib shape by mechanically etching the thick film obtained in the third step through a sand blasting method; and the fifth step of forming a barrier rib by firing the barrier rib shape formed in the fourth step. |
