PURPOSE: A mobile wireless Internet service is provided to supply various Internet services to mobile subscribers by constructing a wireless Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A network is constructed as a dual stereo system in consideration of a stability of a system and a traffic. A fire wall is installed at a lower end of a router to prevent illicit users' access and invasion of hackers. A load balancing and a server equipment are provided to guarantee a stable rate of service provided to existing subscribers and new subscribers who access Web. A cash engine is installed to store a frequently-accessed Web page of a subscriber to help prompt Web search. Dual backbone guarantees the traffic and a stable rate by allowing a subscriber to amplify an Internet rate by itself. The dual backbone interwork with an IDC and a D/B server to provide an IP/CP at a high speed on the network. A user is provided with a network service, an Internet service and additional services through a password and a user authentication.
