PURPOSE: A VOIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) processing apparatus of a key phone system is provided to control and monitor a system from outside by providing a main processor board and a VOIP processing board to process a data. CONSTITUTION: A main board(11) connects a main processor unit(12) and a VOIP processor(13). The main processor unit(12) connected to an LAN network through the main board(11) processes data, and controls and monitors a system by transmitting and receiving data to and from outside through a B channel. The VOIP processor(13) connected to the main processor(12) through the main board(11) processes the VOIP to process a voice signal.
