The utensil (1) is made in a piece with a short shaft (4, 6) provided with a specifically shaped upper area with concave surfaces (9, 10) at the front and at the rear and a cylindrical extension at the top. The extension is inserted into the hollow handle (3), made of a pipe section and closed at the top with a plug element carrying a ring-shaped top (8) for hanging the device (1) to a rack or stand. The seams between the shaft (6) and the handle (3), the handle (3) and the plug element, respectively, are welded in order to prevent the unhygienic accumulation of food particles in the transitional areas.
