The invention relates to the electrical engineering, in particular to the cable engineering, which may be used for the transmission and distribution of the electric power in the power networks of direct and alternating current. The electric cable contains a central conductor with insulating coating and an outer conductor, composed of a lot of thin uninsulated wires, uniformly applied onto the insulation of the central conductor by the method of twisting towards different directions and also coated with an insulating material.
