摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for atomizing molten slag of blast furnace is provided to recover sensible heat of molten slag of high temperature that is not recovered but discharged by atomizing slag in such a shape that heat of high temperature is recovered from the molten slag during atomization process of molten slag. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for atomizing molten slag of blast furnace comprises a molten slag collector(11) in which molten slag(10) of high temperature that is generated from the blast furnace and injected into the upper part of the molten slag collector(11) along a molten slag runner, which continuously discharges the molten slag(10) through a lower outlet of the slag collector(11) using pressure difference between upper and lower parts thereof, and which is comprised of a molten slag flow control door(17) for controlling size of the lower outlet by vertically opening or closing the lower outlet, a molten slag collector lower stand(12) inclined downwardly to the lower outlet side as a bottom surface inside the slag collector(11), and a molten slag separation discharging guide vane installed in rear of the lower outlet; an acceleration drum(15) installed at the lower part of the rear end of the molten slag separation discharging guide vane to first atomize the molten slag(10) by accelerating the discharged molten slag(10) using rotation force of the acceleration drum(15) so that motion momentum is given to the molten slag(10) in a tangential direction; a second atomizing collision wall(18) with which the molten slag is collided to be reflected therefrom so that the molten slag is second atomized, and which is installed so that the reflected molten slag is discharged to the process side; and a cooling water nozzle(24) which is positioned on a fluidized bed part between the acceleration drum(15) and second atomizing collision wall(18), rapidly cools the molten slag by freely dropping cooling water so that it comes into contact with passing molten slag, and receives the freely dropped cooling water through pump(27) and pipe loop(26).</p>
