PURPOSE: Provided are a material, which is characterized by radiating far infrared ray, interrupting electron wave and having flexibility, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared ray radiating material is obtained by the steps of: preparing a far infrared ray radiating paint comprised of 45-50wt.% of metallic oxide powder, 35-40wt.% of an acryl emulsion, 0.2-0.4wt.% of a dispersing agent, 0.2-0.4wt.% of a defoaming agent, 0.4-0.6wt.% of a viscosity enhancing agent, 1.5-2.0wt.% of a freezing stabilizer and water; coating fabric with the far infrared ray radiating paint, and drying it; preparing an electron wave interrupting paint comprised of 35-45wt.% of metallic powder, 35-45wt.% of an acryl emulsion, 0.2-0.4wt.% of a dispersing agent, 0.2-0.4wt.% of a defoaming agent, 0.4-0.6wt.% of a viscosity enhancing agent, 1.5-2.0wt.% of a freezing stabilizer and water; and coating the above fabric with the electron wave interrupting paint, followed by drying it.
