<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which can give help to visually understand contents through speech synthesis processing. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a data input means which inputs data of a phoneme database, storing human phonemes as data, and an object of speech synthesis, a speech synthesis processing part which generates synthesized voice data by analyzing the data of the object of speech synthesis, extracting optimum phonemes from the phoneme database, and connecting them, and a visual display processing means which makes a visual display regarding the speech synthesis object data being outputted in voice, and can help a user to visually understand.</p> |
