PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a torque controller arranged such that an input voltage has a specified level if a load consuming regenerated power is small when a motor is regenerated. SOLUTION: The torque controller comprises means for measuring the input current (I) of a filter circuit, the input voltage (V) of a torque controller, and the angular speed (ω) of a motor and controlling the torque (T) of the motor within such a range as the torque (T) of the motor satisfies a relation Tω>=K(V-Vx)+VI, where (Vx) is a specified voltage and K is a proportional gain. |
