PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of voltage drop caused by electric charge sharing in a multiple hot condition with respect to a method for reading data values in data registers of a register array system and the register array system. SOLUTION: With respect to the method for reading data values in data registers of the register array system provided with read bit lines corresponding to respective columns of data registers and pull down elements P which correspond to respective data registers and discharge the corresponding read bit lines in response to be turned on, a corresponding read bit line is precharged to a voltage VDD of a first voltage source in response to a clock signal having a low value, and the pull down element is turned on to discharge the corresponding read bit line in response to the clock signal, a read enable signal, and a data value each having a high value, and the pull down element is turned off in response to the clock signal having a low value, and the pull down element is turned off in response to the read enable signal having a low value, and the pull down element is turned off in response to the data value being low. |
