PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved low-inductance capacitor for a grid array capacitor and a corresponding terminal scheme. SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor is equipped with a dielectric base body, electrode layers 10 and 12 provided on the base body, electrode tabs which are extended from the prescribed electrode layer out of the electrode layers 10 and 12, terminal lands 24 which are provided so as to connect the prescribed electrodes of the electrode tabs with one another, and at least a solder stop material 26 provided to the prescribed side of the laminated electrode layers 10 and 12.
