PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production equipment which can produce solar cells at less costs using the roll to roll method. SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a film formation means 11 with a solution 15 containing chemical species for the formation of films on a flexible base plate 20, the first roll 12 for supplying the base plate 12 to the film formation means 11 and the second roll 13 for winding up the base plate 20 with films formed thereon.
