<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery distribution system by which a user can easily introduce a solar battery. SOLUTION: The solar battery distribution system is conducted by the following. A distributor provides information necessary to select a solar battery that an investor invests such as a kind of solar batteries, a manufacturer's name, performance and a price thereof, a guarantee period, an installation location, and expected production of electricity. The distributor receives money from the investor, and installs a power generation system using the solar battery selected by the investor. The distributor floats a stock according to fund to the investor, and operates the power generation system to make a profit. The distributor pays an annuity to the investor according to the amount of the profit. In addition, the distributor opens the stock to the market with the information about a kind of solar batteries, a manufacturer's name, performance and a price thereof, an installation location, production of electricity, operating period, and remaining guarantee period which are needed to determine the value of the stock. The stock is treated as a marketable securities which has a right to receive an annuity, and the value of the stock, i.e., transaction prices of the stock is determined by the market.</p> |
