PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring conveying-mounting device capable of efficiently mounting an O-ring to a workpiece by conveying the O-ring while maintaining the circular shape of the O-ring easy to deform. SOLUTION: This O-ring conveying-mounting device is roughly composed of a conveying mechanism for conveying the O-ring placed on a conveying line face; a mounting mechanism for seizing the O-ring by a holding part to mount it to a workpiece; and a workpiece conveying mechanism for conveying the workpieces in regular succession. The conveying mechanism 2 is provided with a conveying base 11 in a horizontally and vertically movable state. A conveyance positioning pin 37 and a positioning pin 38 are erected on the conveying base 11, and a conveying plate 15 is provided above the conveying base 11 to form the conveying line face 14. In the state of lifting the conveying base 11 to the upper limit, the conveyance positioning pin 37 and the positioning pin 38 are inserted through the conveying plate 15 and projected onto the conveying line face 14, and the O-ring is conveyed advancing on the conveying base 11 in the state of being caught by both pins 37, 38.
