摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a turbine rotor by a magnetic bearing under non-contact state to eliminate wear and effects of friction so that the measurement precision of an axial flow turbine flowmeter using a magnetic bearing is enhanced. SOLUTION: Flow stabilizers 104a, 104b (204a, 204b) are disposed at the upstream and downstream sides of a turbine rotor 100 (200) having a propeller 102 (202) rotated by flow of fluid. The turbine rotor 100 (200) is supported and urged to the upstream side at the downstream-side flow stabilizer 104b (204b) by a magnetic bearing of a passive type for supporting the turbine rotor under non-contact state with repulsive force of permanent magnets 106a, 106b (an active type for supporting the turbine rotor 200 by magnetically floating the turbine rotor 200 by controlling current of an electromagnet 212). Therefore, the turbine rotor is supported at the upstream-side flow stabilizer 104a (204a) by the contact at one point of the center thereof.
