PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance of an aluminium bearing alloy. SOLUTION: The aluminium bearing alloy comprises that an area of Si particles with particle sizes of less than 4μm, which enhance strength by dispersing in an Al matrix, occupies 20-60% with respect to the total area of Si particles in a sliding surface, and that an area of Si particles with particle sizes of 4-20μm, which receive loads and improve abrasion resistance, occupies 40% or more. |
