PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building ground material capable of correcting unevennesses of a ground surface of concrete by the building ground material and simply carrying out flatness of an interior facing with high degree of accuracy for an interior wall or a ceiling material of a concrete structure. SOLUTION: Both angles of a usual shaped square are eliminated to form it in the shape of the building ground material 1, and when the building ground material 1 is fixed to a concrete surface 2, wedge-like gaps (1-a and 1-b) are made between both of them, a wedge 4 is driven in a position fixed to a recess section of the uneven concrete surface with a nail, and the building ground material is floated up to an optional surface to enable the surface coming into contact with the interior facing to flatten.
