PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a feed failure in a paper feed roller with a knurling profile formed on the outer peripheral face. SOLUTION: When a tube is manufactured of a rubber material composed mainly of a thermoplastic elastomer using an extrusion molding machine and cut into a rubber roller, the maximum coefficient of friction between the knurling profile of the inner peripheral face of an outer die 13 is set at 2.0 or less, and the average roughness Rz at 10-point gradation of the knurling profile of the outer die 13 is set at 8μm. |
