FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device designed for temporary blanking of branch pipes with flanges at hydraulic testing of pipeline valves and fittings. Lever-type straightener consisting of different-arm levers is installed in inner space of stopper housing. Longer arms of levers engage with center of diaphragm closing inner space of housing. Shorter arms engage with thrust ring pressing diaphragm or sealing ring to flange. Levers proper rest on housing. EFFECT: improved reliability of stopper owing to simplification of design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
