<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous fluid pump facilitated in handling by omitting a return line in connection with a follower plate and selector valve, enabling stable operation of the pump, and the follower plate to be removed from a vessel simply. SOLUTION: Grease sucked into a cylinder chamber 16 from the vessel and discharged form the chamber 16 is fed to a distribution valve via a discharge oil passage 24 provided in a block 10, a discharge oil passage 11 provided between an inner cylinder 9 and an outer cylinder 8, discharge oil passage 28 provided in a base board 7, and the selector valve 107, and the grease returned from the distribution valve via the selector valve 107 is returned to the vessel via a return oil passage 30 provided in the base board 7, a space 29 in the inner cylinder 9, a return oil passage 31 provided in the drive shaft 12, a space 29' in the inner cylinder 9, and a return oil passage 32 provided in the block 10.</p> |
