SOLUTION: Prescribed transaction processing is executed on the basis of person management information and transaction information inputted at the time of card transaction, whether transaction of a prescribed type has been executed by the prescribed number of times or not, and when the transaction has been executed, owner information corresponding to a person management number is outputted.
