PURPOSE: Provided is a packing box united with a pallet which unites the palette with the packing box as one so that it prevents the packing box from being shaken in carrying large-sized products. CONSTITUTION: The packing box united with the palette comprises the parts of: the pallet(2a) which forms an opening part(6a) regularly; a fixed base(9) which is formed as a lower part of the packing box(1a) to unite a base part(7) and a fixed wheel(8); an ambient airtight part(10) which is formed as an upper part of the packing box to surround all directions; an upper cover for protecting products which is placed at the upper part of the ambient airtight part; a lower wheel(11) which is formed at the lower edge of the ambient airtight part; and a cutting part(12) which is formed at the lower wheel.
