The invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical formulation comprising phospholipid or alkyl phosphocholine compounds in liposomes which can be sterile filtered or/and heat-sterilized. The pharmaceutical formulation is particularly suitable for stimulation of leucopoiesis and for treatment and/or prophylaxis of tumour diseases and protozoan diseases in particular leishmanioses, amoebic diseases, acarinosis, diseases caused by arthropods and bacterial diseases such as ehrlichiosis for example.
