The invention relates to rubber mixtures consisting of at least one rubber containing a double bond, rubber gel additives, phenolic resin educts or phenol/formaldehyde condensation products such as resols or novolaks, in addition to optionally other fillers and rubber auxiliary agents. The invention also relates to the vulcanised products and rubber moulded bodies produced from said mixtures. The inventive rubber mixtures are characterised by good processability (compound viscosity ML 1+4/100~ C <=60 ME) in the non- crosslinked state, and by Shore A hardnesses/23~ C >=60, high rebound resilience E/70~ C >60 % and a low specific density in the vulcanised sta te. The vulcanised products are suitable for producing technical rubber items an d for various tyre components such as cylinder coatings, conveyer belt coating s, belts, spinning cops, seals, golf ball cores, soles of shoes, and tyre bead mixtures, tire carcasses, sub-tread mixtures and tyre sidewalls. The inventi ve mixtures are especially suitable for producing reinforced tyre side walls having emergency running properties ("inserts for running flat tyres").</SDO AB>
