<p>A messaging system for displaying personal messages on the displays of a public facility. The messaging system comprises: 1) a plurality of access points capable of communicating with a plurality of customer communication devices operated by customers of the public facility; 2) a personal message controller coupled to the plurality of access points and capable of receiving a first personal message from a first one of the customer communication devices; and 3) a display control system coupled to the personal message controller and capable of receiving from the personal message controller a first display control message associated with the first personal message, wherein the first control message is operable to cause the display control system to display the first personal message on at least one of the displays of the public facility.</p> |
