<p>The invention concerns a catheter (1) comprising an end tool (9) with retractable needle (12) in the form of a slide (10) integral with a needle base (11) or pushing the latter under the effect of a continuous or pulsed pressurized fluid pressure. An elastic return force, preferably exerted by a spring (21) arranged between the needle-holder base (11) and the front end wall (6) of the catheter, returns the slide-needle assembly in inactive retracted position. The invention is of interest to manufacturers and users of catheters for surgical, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes.</p> |
