PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer head capable of combining a piezoelectric actuator with a cavity unit by accurately aligning an individual electrode of the piezoelectric actuator with a pressurizing chamber of the cavity unit. SOLUTION: Positioning marks 28a each being made of a material the same as that of the individual electrode 24 are respectively provided to four corners of a piezoelectric sheet 21a on which the individual electrodes 24 are formed. A light beam 91a is emitted to the positioning marks 28 in the laminating direction of the piezoelectric sheet 21a. The shadows of the positioning marks 28 are imaged at the four corners, respectively. The intersection point of diagonal lines passing through the centers of the gravities of the four points is made to be a connection reference point for the piezoelectric actuator 20 and the cavity unit 10. |
