PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly compound and integrate FRP and urethane foam without peeling them. SOLUTION: An unsaturated polyester resin liquid mixed with a curing agent is applied to or charged in a part of the space of a mold to seal reinforcing fibers and a liquid for the urethane foam prepared by mixing a polyisocyanate, a polyol and a foaming agent is injected or charged in the remaining space of the mold in such a state that the unsaturated polyester resin liquid is uncured to be foamed. The polyisocyanate in the liquid for the urethane foam and a dihydric alcohol compound (polyol or the like) constituting the unsaturated polyester resin liquid are reacted to chemically bond the unsaturated polyester resin liquid and the liquid for the urethane foam at the interface between both liquids to compound and integrate them without generating a joint.
