PURPOSE: A synthetic resin pipe using a waste plastic and a forming apparatus therefor are provided to greatly improve the connectivity and strength of a profile. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin tube is formed by wrapping an outer side face of a rectangular profile(10) with a profile(11) and supplying a synthetic resin. A junction resin layer(12) wrapping the outer side face of the profile(10) is formed so that it wraps the profile(10) completely in a J-shape by including an outer side face(13), a connecting surface(14) at a lower part of a double layer(16) and an inner side face(15).
