PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send desired printed matters to any person other than customers or general consumers decided by an enterprise or a group or the like while suppressing the increase of the manufacturing costs or sending costs of mails. SOLUTION: An information picture for inviting printed matters to be enclosed in mails is provided from a site managing part 11 in an enclosure setting server 10 to terminals 30-1-30-n connectable to the Internet 40, and when mails in which printed matters should be enclosed, conditions related with the printed matters to be enclosed, and conditions related with the destinations of sending are designated by using the information screen provided from the site managing part 11 in the terminals 30-1-30-n, the enclosure of the printed matters designated by the terminals 30-1-30-n in the mails to be sent to the destinations of sending designated by the terminals 30-1-30-n among mails designated by the terminals 30-1-30-n is set by an information managing part 12 in the enclosure setting server 10. |
