A log-in program calling-out part 114 takes out a log-in program name required for the log-in of the registering application of the user and the delivery number to a log-in program by referring to the user database 113, and acquires external application information incorporated into a top page of the groupware system 10. A top page assembling part 116 refers to the user database 113, refers to the information on service and the external application of a groupware registered in the user, and makes a Web document for describing the top page, and returns the document to a browser 302.
