PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple electromagnetic wave shield structure which shields and absorbs electromagnetic wave radiated from electric wires particularly for large current/high voltage and which realizes satisfactory shield characteristics at low cost and to provide also an assembling jig to assemble easily and effectively substantial parts of the structure. SOLUTION: A braid 20 covering the electric wire 10 can be easily and securely connected direct to a body to be fixed to, an outer panel case B of a motor for instance, with an eyelet washer 24 and a bolt 44 at the overlapping section 23. Electromagnetic wave from the electric wire 10 is absorbed by way of a reliable shield conduction route: the overlapping section 23 of the braid 20→the eyelet washer 24 and the bolt 44→the outer panel case B→ground G.
