PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system, a device for settling transactions and a recording medium capable of performing settlement even when deficit is caused without being restricted by time when the settlement of various transactions is performed by using a card to be issued by a banking facility, etc. SOLUTION: Funds are preliminarily secured in compensation accounts 12-1, 12-2 associated with transaction accounts 11-1, 11-2 to be used for transactions, the balance of the compensation accounts are recorded in the card, the deficit in the case of online settlement is compensated from the compensation accounts and the settlement is performed by using balance information of the compensation accounts recorded in the card without communicating with the financial institution when the online settlement is impossible. |
