PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component assembly device which accurately check the cause of abnormality occurrence through easy operation. SOLUTION: If abnormality occurs, a CPU 40 displays an error picture on a CRT 55. The picture shows 'substrate detection abnormal at P conveyor' and 'defective substrate on a P conveyor'. The P conveyor corresponds to a positioning part 5, so that an operator can understand that the defective substrate P is present at the positioning part 5. Therefore, when the operator touches an 'abnormality analysis' switch on a touch panel 54, the CPU 40 displays an abnormality analytic picture. The states of respective sensors are displayed in the abnormality analytic picture and then the cause of the abnormality concerned with substrate conveyance can be known and removed. |
