<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive system remote supervisory apparatus and a system remote supervisory method which is strong against external unauthorized accesses and hardly influenced by buildings or limits on service area. SOLUTION: The system has a computer 103 for remotely supervising an equipment 101 in a remote place, a computer 104 for concentratedly controlling the equipment 101, a system error notice deciding unit 106 for deciding whether a system error of the equipment 101 is noticed from log data recorded in the computer 104, a system error transmitter 107 for transmitting a system error decided to be noticed by the deciding unit 106 to the computer 103, and a system error receiver 108 for receiving the system error transmitted by the transmitter 107. The equipment 101 and the computer 103 are connected through dial-up routers 110, 111 to a network via a public line 109.</p> |
