PURPOSE: A driving part structure of a grass cutter is provided to prevent noise and vibration generated upon the operation of a driving part and the abrasion of parts. CONSTITUTION: A housing(20) has a first shaft coupling part(21) formed diagonally and a second shaft coupling part formed at one side in a vertical direction. A boss(30) has a driving bevel gear(31) integrally formed at one end and an inner wheel(34) of a first bearing(33) integrally formed at the other side to be axially mounted the first shaft coupling part(21). A driven shaft(40) is axially mounted on the second shaft coupling part by second and third bearings(43,46) and has a driven bevel gear(41) integrally formed at an upper end and receiving a driving force by a gear engagement to the driving bevel gear(31).
