PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of an operator for operation by entrusting a call originating user with the selection of its calling partner and automatically transferring the call originated from the user to the selected calling partner upon receiving the selected result. SOLUTION: A first base station is provided with a storing means which stores a file constituting an index picture designating a linking destination for performing access to a first radio communication terminal and, at the same time, transmits the file constituting the index picture to a second radio communication terminal upon receiving a transfer request from the second radio communication terminal. Upon receiving the file constituting the index picture through a second base station, the second radio communication terminal displays the index picture.
