<p>A heat removal impeller for connecting to heat sink (20), includes a cylindrical housing with two open ends and an opening (12) in one base surface of the cylindrical housing for connection to the heat sink (20). Several rotor blades (13) are made rotatable in the cylindrical housing to guide the air stream through the opening (12) A motor for driving the rotor blades (13) is mounted in the cylindrical housing, in which rotation of the blades by the motor directs the air stream through the opening (12) in order to extract heat from the heat sink.</p> |
