PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a confounded textured-yarn is characterized by air-confounding and reducing weight in one process simultaneously and withdrawing diverse thermoplastic synthetic fibers at diverse withdrawing speeds. The confounded textured-yarn has excellent touch. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the confounded textured-yarn is as follows: withdrawing the thermoplastic synthetic yarns(P1)(P2)(a core yarn and an effect yarn) through each feeding roller(11)(12) at diverse withdrawing speeds; passing the synthetic yarns through a hole of an alkali solution absorbing tube(40) to make absorbed the alkali solution; passing the synthetic yarns(P1)(P2) through an air nozzle(33) of a confound finishing part(32) to confound; heat-setting in the second heating chamber(36); and then winding around a winding part(53).
